6 Ramadan 1431

Sahur terurus hee hee ... We had chili and biscuit from Mrs Farik. Yum-O!!!

Iftar - I'm abit ambitious since i took urgent leave today cos I was not feeling well ... Its the time of the year again lar my back has been giving be problem lately nothing I do can make myself feel better. Heat pack lar ... Yoko-Yoko lar ... Koyok lar ... Dah macam makcik siput ...

Roasted Baby Potatoes

Roasted Black Pepper Chicken with Mayonnaise

and Tuna Pasta Salad

accompany by condiments...

ta-da ... Ilah took this recipe from Kak Rima's Blog

1/2 chicken
1 tsp blackpaper (crushed)
2 cm ginger
2 garlics
1 small onion
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
a pinch of pepper
Blend onion, garlic and ginger.. add the rest of ingredients except mayonnaise to form paste.
Marinate chicken with paste and add in mayonnaise
Let it sit for abt 3 to 5hrs
Bake chicken at 190C for abt 45mins
(I added rosemary bef baking)
Roasted Potatoes
Simply cut potatoes into 4.. add salt, black pepper, thyme, garlic and olive oil.. toss it and bake it together with chicken

Ingredients -
7 Ounces Box Shell Pasta
6 1/2 Ounces Can Tuna in Water
15 Ounces Peas (I omit cos I dun like peas hee hee)
1/3 Cup White Onion, chopped
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1. Drain tuna.
2. Drain and rinse peas.
3. Cook pasta and drain.
4. Place in a warm bowl.
5. Mix in onions, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
6. Stir well.
7. Stir in peas and tuna and mix well.
8. Refrigerate immediately
