12 Ramadan 1431

We had Satay Burger from ibu's place for sahur and I just have to re-heat hee hee ... ok lately im just too lazy to wake up since i need to feed 1 more mouth, I have to have a plan rite ... the best is to reheat food =D hee hee ... since i tapao some food from mom's place last nite hee hee it save me from my beauty sleep ... ta-da ... burger in 1.30mins ... ok chop-chop and back to sleep


Iftar with close ones at the comfort of our home... its pot luck normally.  I am so worried that it wont be enough for all of us... but Alhamdullilah semua kenyang akhirnya hee hee...
I made Murtabak Kraker with my shepherd's pie fillinh and Tuna Pasta Salad.
Yana and Fad brought Tulang, Japanese balls, Vadai and Otah
Liz and Fuzz brought Golden Pillow (Curry Chicken)
Alhamdullilah ... hee hee table kiter penuh dgn makanan yang YUM-O!!! 
After dat we watched the cubs ... abit disappointed lar but ok ar better den our Singapore Football Team. Nice slacking moments just relax, watch tv and chit chat nothing stressful hee hee almaklum besok nak work.


Ilah took the recipe from here and did some improvisation of my own hee hee.

Ingredients:500 gm minced beef
3 cloves of minced garlic
a thumb size of minced ginger
2 tbsp of blended chili
salt and black pepper to taste1 diced onion
oil
Optional:
diced tomato
sliced mushroom
mix veggie

Method:
Saute minced garlic, ginger and onion till soft.
Add in minced beef, cook till dry.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Add in the blended chili cook till dry.
Season it with black pepper.
Turn of the heat and add it diced tomato, sliced mushroom and mix veggies.

Cream Cracker
1 can of evaporated milk

Method:Grease deep baking tin or pyrex with butter.

Warm the milk with small fire.
Put in the Cream Cracker a few at a time and take out and line it in the baking tin/pyrex (do not soak it for too long)
make 2 layers for the base.

Put the meat filling and spread it out evenly.
Cover it with Cream Cracker again (repeat the method on top soak it in milk)
Bake it till the top turn golden brown abt 10 to 15mins on 170C oven.
