Fried Pomfret with Sambal

Ingredients:
2 black pomfrets (marinated with turmeric and salt and fry)
1 cup blended dried chili
5 red onion
5 cloves garlic
1 sliced big onion
3 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt and Sugar

Method:
1. Blend onion and garlic and mix with blended chili
2. Heat oil and fry the blended ingredients for 10-15mins. Add abit of water
3. Add chili sauce, oyster sauce and season salt and sugar (mix well stir for 5-10mins
4. Add sliced big onion mix well
5. Pour over the fried pomfret
