Cheating Egg Tart

Why I say cheating??!!! ... cos I did not make the pastry, I used frozen prata ... hee hee ... the flakly texture is purrrrrfecto =D

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 - 3 tablespoon sugar
a pinch of salt
3 drops of vanila essence
6 - 10 tablespoon or evaporated milk

** point to note: do not whisk hard. do not introduce air bubble. Method:Mix everything into a bowl. Sieve it and make sure no lumps of eggs or sugar burst all the air bubbles. 200C 15mins to 25mins
