Over the weekend and weekday?

March weekends are all fully-booked.
Last weekend sleep over at mom's ... *no pix* made roti kirai for my grandpa-sedara? (my mom's uncle) hee hee... He's going umrah this coming friday ... We made abt 3.5kg of roti kirai... macam nak tanggal tangan... after dat sent it over... lots of food sey ... haiz ...
On sun I woke up early to cook nasi lemak, I've been wanting to cook it for quite sometime ... its now or neeeeevaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... hee hee ... hmmm ...
rice - tasteless *next time add more salt*
sambal tumis - pass *mesti ar pass i burned my skin leh*

Nasi Lemak... Sambal tumis... Ikan bilis goreng ... Telor dadar

Ayam instant =p *mexican drumlet tau jgn main-main*

Dats for Bfast and Lunch ... dinner we had Fettuccine bolognese

Yesterday nite ... I tried to make the pandan leave chicken... I saw it on tv a few weeks ago on channel 8. Dun ask me home i wrap it cos it was wrapped differently each time khe khe khe as long as dia tak terbobos should be ok lar kan.
Recipe for the Pandan Leave Chicken
  • Thinly sliced chicken fillet
  • Oyster sauce
  • Dark soya sauce
  • Light soya sauce
  • Pepper
  • Chili paste
  • Minced garlic
  • Mince ginger *not too much*
  • Pandan leaves
  • Put everything the bowl
  • Mix well. Marinate it for 10 - 15mins
  • How you going to tie it im not too sure but as long as it holds eveything together than should be ok ... hee hee...
