It's been awhile since I cook ... hee hee ... My husband sounded me this morning today we cook dinner lar ... hmmmm ... oklor ... so we cook Tom Yum soup and Pad Gra Pow
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4-7 Thai chili pepper, minced (I used abt 16 or a handful hahaha)
1 tablespoon sugar (I omit)
1-2 packages holy basil (cant find so I used chye sim)
1/2lb ground chicken (300g minced chicken meat)
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fish sauce (ah dun have oso, I used salt instead)
